Luc Meacham — Human Performance Coach

Founder and Owner Luc Meacham has a diverse background in the health and fitness field. Graduating from the University of Mount Union as a National Champion, All-American, and Exercise Science major, his journey as a human performance specialist was just beginning.

Luc went on to represent the country with the US Men’s National Football team in 2015 where they won the Gold Medal against Japan. This led him to enlist into the United States Navy in 2016 where he spent 6 years as a Special Operator (SEAL).

Upon separation from the Navy in 2022, Luc went on to play 2 seasons of football for the NewYorker Lions in the German Football League. Returning to the field after 8 years, he had 2 successful seasons accumulating over 2,600 All-Purpose yards and 20 TD’s and consecutive semifinal appearances.

Luc is no stranger to high performance. Accountability, discipline, and a relentless work ethic has led to his success in multiple disciplines. He has experience coaching elite athletes, our countries finest war fighters, weekend warriors, and general population.

Haley Meacham — Massage Therapist


Haley has been practicing massage therapy since 2015, after graduating from the renowned Cayce/Reilly School of Massage in Virginia Beach. She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Old Dominion University, giving her a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based care.

Before joining ADAPT Human Performance, Haley worked with Virginia High Performance, where she provided recovery and injury rehabilitation for high-level military operators and tactical athletes. This experience refined her ability to deliver results-driven, individualized treatment plans for clients under extreme physical and mental demands.

Throughout her career, Haley has worked in chiropractic, medical, and performance-focused settings, blending clinical knowledge with hands-on skill. She specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, and injury rehabilitation techniques — always tailoring each session to the unique needs and goals of her clients.

At ADAPT, Haley works side by side with human performance coach Luc Meacham to deliver a fully integrated approach to training, recovery, and overall performance. Together, they design complementary programs that address both the body’s movement and its ability to heal, ensuring each client has the tools and support to perform at their best.
